Please when jousting the Death Knights during “enemy at the gate” do not be a friggin mob whore and aggro all of them only to die. The mobs then hit the nearest possible target, which today was me. I don’t like these quests as it is, but I do them. I want the pets worse than I want to punch the computer in frustration. At least until some asshat does something stupid. You deserve to have that lance shoved SQUARELY between your shoulders via your ass!

Glad to see i am not the only one that has been /raging about that kind of stuff at that area. Only thing worse than having somebody do that to you is to have somebody aggro all the dks, sit there for a hour trying to get the last one you needed, then have the game start lagging so when you attack that one you been waiting for all the others come back aggro you you get away only to find you are still getting his and glitch all the way back to point a to die a very painful death right in the middle of 5. Best 10 minutes of my life trying to figure out how to get my body as I try not to plant my face through my keyboard in anger.
If I’m really quick, I can shadowmeld/flight form as soon as I rez, somethimes I’m just not quick enough and die again>.<
I managed to do that, but only because the server decided not to tell my computer where all the mobs were until I was in the middle of them all. It was my first time in the area and I had no idea what mobs were where.
Needless to say, I won’t be making that mistake again and instead hang back to give enough time for mobs to be drawn.
That’s understandable, and a one time thing. Accidents happen. But this guy…was definitely doing it on purpose, when i got back from the graveyard and ready again, he had 3 more tagged killed them all that time, ran by me and /loled.
I hear ya, Jess – it’s infuriating how other people can actually kill you, without touching you themselves, while doing this quest!
I’ve also noticed how those mobs for some stupid reason don’t get tagged as “mine”, no matter how long I’ve been hitting them, and of course, if someone else gets the killing blow on them – it doesn’t count for me! I don’t know if it counts for the other person, but I feel ninja’d either way
yeah I noticed that, the whole place is frustrating. One jousting quest is plenty imo.
I’ve been hearing you talking about them in Guild Chat and as much as I want to check them out on My Priest or my Hunter I think I’ll wait until Deimonia, my Affliction Warlock, reaches Northrend. It shouldn’t be too long, She’s off to Outland today!

I find that grouping up for it makes it that much easier. When you get there, /yell to see if anyone wants to join you.
