And The Award Goes To…

Woo! I’ve been called things that start with a B before, but Brilliant is MUCH better. So, the rules go a little something like this…

1. When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to the said person so everyone knows she/he is real.
2. Choose a minimum of seven (7) blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have seven friends. Show the seven random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with Honest Weblog. Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon.
3. List at least ten (10) honest things about yourself. Then pass it on!

Ten things about myself, well that could take a while. Feel free to go grab some coffee. I’ll wait. Oh, and grab me some too please. Back? Mmmm thankies.  Here we go.

1. I’m obsessive when I want something. Hence my druid’s collection of 68 pets, and my hunter’s taming of Loque.

2. I’m a married mom of teenage girls.

3. I might be just a little nuts. See #2.

4. I have toes (thank you Ratters)

5. I have an iPod, and iTunes, and I STILL prefer buying the CD’s that I want. There’s just something satisfying about holding the case and artwork in your hands. Bonus: it costs us less than downloading since there’s four of us:P

6. I actually have a pattern for the green party dress Scarlett O’hara wore to the Wilkes’ Barbeque

7. I can’t sew to save my life.

8. I love pink and gadgets. My iPod is pink, my Nintendo DS is pink. My cellphone isn’t unforunately.

9. I keep a Magic 8 Ball on my desk.

10. The amount of teddy bears I own is slightly scary.
