for-the-love-of-yeti

For The Love of YetiSince the day I first saw one of these cute little furballs scampering around in Stormwind I have wanted one. I mean in a MUST HAVE kind of way. I watched the AH, I watched trade, but nothing. Finally yesterday, a couple of hunters in my guild helped me gather the mats, and crafted my [item]Tranquil Mechanical Yeti[/item]!! I have named him Bumble…unofficially of course. Hint to Blizz…let us name our non combat pets please? I mean come on, upcoming ability to change hair and dances, but not to name a squirrel Petey? What gives?

In other news BIG Thank You’s to Big Red Kitty and Kestrel’s Aerie for the kind links and comments today. This fledgling WoW blogger appreciates it!

I got to try out my Priests newer abilities today. The change to medititation is very nice indeed, my mana bar has seldom been empty since. I’m loving that. Also fully buffed in my healing gear, that 634 bonus damage is quite nice. Starshards being an instant, mana free DoT makes it worth using again, and Elune’s Grace will be put back on my bar and used more often without a doubt.

In crafting news, I once again hunted down Monstrous Kaliri in skettis. Now, this sounds easier than it is. Any other day I’m constantly dodging these things. I’m an aggro magnet! But make them a part of a quest, and I can’t aggro anything. Granted my bombing was much easier. Back to the point, I can now cook 2 more new recipes. [item]Broiled Bloodfin[/item] and [item]Spicy Hot Talbuk[/item]. I never thought I’d be excited about cooking. Another cooking related note, Teranna has reached 375 cooking too. Thanks to Jess’s track fish ability, and bird hunting in Skettis. Much love for [item]Furious crawdad[/item].

Without further procrastination, I should log in, and attempt to get a Mech run going for today’s daily dungeon quest. Either that or Give Teranna some hunting time. Whichever comes first. I bid you all happy hunting, epic loots, and good day:)
