I am one tired tree tonight. But it’s a satisfied tired. Hey, HEY this isn’t Ratshag’s journal, get your minds out of the Dalaran Sewers ok?  I happened to be championing for the Kirin’tor today.  This involved healing in some very scarey places, but it was well worth the effort. I found that a pally makes a great healing partner, even if she’s a bit on the bold side. Oh my, the things that girl says…tsk tsk tsk. Of course with a name like Pallylust, what can you really expect?  Ok, I give up, I can’t play the innocent, everyone’s seen the pictures, yes I have my rowdy moments I admit it! But I REALLY try to be a lady I do!!

Back to the point, We stormed through The Violet Hold, The Nexus and Utgarde Keep like the twisting nether wouldn’t have us! We slaughtered undead, struck down blue dragons in a single blow, and in the end, I found a new weapon! It’s so beautiful. I felt badly killing Keristrasza, of the red dragonflight after so much time trying to help her. She was so beautiful, and so kind. Sadly it was the only way we could free her from that horrible Malygos. And even though I feel some guilt for taking things from her dead body, I shall use my War Mace of Unrequited Love to do good work. It’s what she would want. It has left me with some thinking to do…but I’ll think about that tomorrow.

I don’t have a neatly organized post in my head, I just have a list of things that have happened, occurred to me, or fleetingly crossed paths with my brain cells on their way between my ears.

1. Oldest daughter was brought home my the MP’s (military police) WITHOUT being in trouble. There was a child reported missing, they saw her walking home. They stopped to see if she was the missing child, and then gave her a ride home. Score!!

2. Oldest child…who is the most unaffectionate child I have ever encountered, not only hugged her parents…she did so in FRONT of her friends, by her OWN decision I might add. I’m kinda scared.

3. I should be sleeping, or at least trying.

4. So far, no snow day tomorrow. Or delay. Yet.

5. A malamute that gets upset when his "poop zone" is buried under snow, will INHALE snow through his nose, resulting in screaming, whining, and general panic when he is dumb enough to INHALE with his nose pressed INTO THE SNOW!

6. Said dog will then give you the most pathetic guilt inducing look EVER when you laugh at him.

7 Above mentioned said dog will also spend another 10 minutes pacing, then whining, then pacing again because he STILL can’t figure out where to go potty.

8. Clearly the wind wasn’t blowing in a northerly direction while the stars were aligned with Venus during a 1/4 moon phase with the correct barometric pressure because he STILL didn’t poop.

9. I played WoW today.

10. I healed a heroic Nexxus run doing said WoW playing

11. I didn’t suck. Much.

12. I did all of the above after wrapping all our presents and doing laundry.

13. Wrapping the presents CAUSED the doing of the laundry. I stripped the bed so i had a nice flat environment for wrapping, figured it was a good time to change the bedding completely.

14. I could have used the table to wrap presents today if the kids didn’t have a stupid snow day.

15. I hate when hubby has staff duty. Noone to keep me toasty warm tonight.

16. I’m still not tired enough to sleep, but screw it, I’m gonna go snuggle with my dog (Daisy, the GSD not Shadow, because he’ll ONLY get in the bed with hubby, yep, His and Hers Dogs) in my nice clean warm bed.

So, we have a full inch of snow today. School was cancelled, which, ok fine. Whatever. BUT I can’t order pizza. Why? Because…THE POST IS CLOSED! That’s right, noone can drive onto post. And if you drive OFF post, you can’t come back.  What the hell kind of logic is…oh wait, forgot, logic doesn’t apply to the Army. Silly me. Maybe they’re afraid someone will bring more snow?
