My daughters had a two hour delay this morning. We also just received notice that the youngest’s concert was cancelled. Due to "Severe weather". Now, let me just SHOW you this horribad, awful, SEVERE weather kk?

Ohhh….ahhhh…fear the weather!! Seriously, I KNOW I’m biased a bit, after growing up in PA and then spending four years in Alaska. But this is my second winter here, and we had MORE snow than this a few times last year, yet no delays, n cancellations, no sense of impending doom. WTF Washington? WTF?  Even hubby had a two hour delay this morning…the Army is guilty too!!

I was checking out the patch notes at MMO Champion, and came across something that made me happy…then really really sad.

New achievements rewards

• Lil’ Game Hunter – Collect 100 unique companion pets. – Reward: Little Fawn’s Salt Lick

Now, I’ve already achieved the Shop Smart, Pet Smart achievement, which took alot of work and alot of time at Warcraft Pets. I have 59 so far. I love pets. Since I went resto at 70, I’ve especially loved little forest creature pets. Hence the MUST HAVE SKUNK!! achievement that had me running level 1 hordies to their deaths.

The problem with this achievement, if it’s indeed true, is that it’s impossible with JUST the MMO game as it stands.  There are 110 pets currently listed according to warcraftpets. Of those 21 are either promotional, Collectors edition, engineering BoP, or loot cards. That leaves only 80 available in the game alone, and at least a couple of those are faction specific, or extremely rare epic drop rates. Hopefully this means they’ll be adding more for us to get in game, if not, I’m going to be a very sad tree.
