Background by unlikely tool! I used a makeup wedge dipped in an inkpad for the background. I finally found a white Gelly Roll pen, and the silver is from “outliners” as I knew them, now known as Memory Liners.

Today’s card! I did the background with white gesso mixed with a drop of magenta acrylic and ultramarine acrylic paints. The flowers are some el cheapo metallic acrylics I found at Michael’s. And the rest is stamping.

My card for today. I’m trying to put nice phrases and positive quotes on all of them so when it’s all done I’ll have a stack of good advice. Made by cutting up a gift bag for the flower pattern and wording. Also used Acrylic paints for the background colors and stamped images.

Prompts- ICAD, a set on Flickr.

I think I missed posting some of these. So here’s the catchup via Flickr.

Also, hubby just got home from drill School. He’s officially a Drill Sgt, and we’re getting ready to move cross country in less than a month. So if I vanish, that is where. I’ll still be on Twitter (TheLadyJess) of course.
