Ok. New car and a new toy. We got the iPod touch yesterday. I have yet to use my computer. So now I’m testing out the wordpress app. I might want an iPhone. Too bad verizon doesn’t have them.

I’ve heard Verizon is getting iPhones in January of 2011. Not positive on that, but it was in Time’s tech site news a few weeks ago. I’m also on Verizon, but I think I’m leaning more towards the Droid phones when my contract is up.

Nope. Verizon isn’t getting the iPhone anytime soon. Apple signed an exclusivity 5-yr contract with AT&T earlier this year, so not gonna happen (which, btw is the subject of a class-action suit being brought against Apple). Plus with the big scuffle going on right now with the proven antennae problem that Apple is still denying, no thanks on that one.
My husband has a Droid and LOVES IT. The only reason I don’t have one right now is we can’t afford to buy me one and up our monthly plan. But I will probably get one in the next couple months.
There was mention of verizon getting them after the iPad came out and AT&T was supposed to give up the iPhone exclusive thing. I might look at droid but not if I have to change my plan.
Speaking of toys, talk to me about your netbook. I’m thinking of getting one, and Twice says you have one of the Dell ones I’m looking at.

Heard on the news yesterday iPhone 4g will be available to Verizon in January. Buddy of mine just picked up an Evo and it’s pretty hot.
