		<description>Great job - I think you&#039;re going about this just right!  The small, doable, *realistic* changes are the ones that stick.  As you said, soon all this will be &quot;normal&quot; and then I bet you&#039;ll start looking to make even more positive changes.  (I totally sound like I know what I&#039;m talking about, don&#039;t I??)  Anyway, from one military wife to another - keep up the good work.  :)</description>

		<description>Well in the process of making yourself your &quot;project&quot; for this deployment, you are also making your kids your project in the dietary department.  That&#039;s good for them too, but we won&#039;t tell them that!!!!!  Keep up the good work and good luck with the smoking thing.  Who knows?  You may end up kicking it yourself with the going outside to smoke thing.</description>
