How many wives have you heard say "I get NO appreciation around here!!"? I know I’ve said it. But, I can’t now. My husband gave me the best Christmas present ever. Even though it arrived late. And he’s either the sweetest man, or…the smartest, considering he eliminated me being able to say I get no appreciation. Either way it made my day.
He made use of the Army’s Freedom Team Salute. And yesterday it finally arrived in the mail.
The lapel pin didn’t come out well, but above the star it says "Spouse" and below says "Army". To some it might seem cheesy, but to me, it was the greatest gift I could have gotten. The gift of appreciation. Have a great weekend! I plan to:)
Awww, that actually is an incredibly thoughtful gift. Usually all anyone wants is to know they are truly appreciated. Now you have that every single time you wear that pin or see the certificate
