Pandaren Monk and Lil K.T. Pets Go!
I have been waiting FOREVER to hear news about the Pandaren Monk pet that was datamined a while back. Today, it went LIVE! And so did Lil K.T. And the awesome thing about it is, you can go to the blizzard store and buy them for $10 each! No farming, no grinding, no rare drops or rare spawns are difficult achievements. Just $10 of your money. to top it off, 50% of the proceeds from the Pandaren Monk, through December 31, 2009 will go to Make-A-Wish foundation. Woot! I got myself one of each! They are bind on account, so you have them for all characters past and present. However if you have 2 accounts or more under your Battlenet account, you must buy one for each account.

My little Monk friend is pet number 100!!
KT will freeze critters and laugh manically, and the monk makes Kung Fu noises on click, bows back if you bow to him, and man he has some moves!

Just saw these go live, I think it’s worth buying the pandaren just for the charity aspect. $10 for each kinda sucks, but better than having to roll against 4, 9, or 24 others. Payday needs to get here faster.

Oh I am SO glad you’re taking the “this is awesome” route! I love these pets and my hubby and I both got one of each!!! But every forum I’ve seen them mentioned on are complaining about Blizz charging money for something in-game and “OHNOSLIPPERYSLOPE!!” Apparently, according to these concerned voices, Blizz will soon be selling 310% mounts and epics for cash. I mean, come on! They’re only $10 (an attempt to go cheaper than all the minipet TCG card sellers on Ebay?) and OMGCUTE! xD

Awesome pets, I’ve been toying with getting them, but to be honest I cant justify £10 each on them, but maybe in time I will hehe.
