We Don’t LIKE Surprises!

So, I knew hubby was leaving this week. But it was NOT supposed to be today. It  was SUPPOSED to be tomorrow. Found this out last night. Found out this morning, when he woke me up to kiss me good bye, that it was now this MORNING not this EVENING. He came home to leave me the truck, and say goodbye. This is not how we like being woken up. This has totally thrown off my day.

Onward…last night was Kara, it was quite the adventure. We had a new tank in, so it was a learning run for him. I’d run with him a time or two, and he was eager to learn and did ok, so he got a few Kara lessons last night. And a couple nice tanky drops.  Kara as usual was a blast, but I’m still one of those people that loves the place.

Outside of that, I’ve been slaving over epic flight form for Jess. I’m over halfway to it. I’ve auctioned everything I’ll never use, that wasn’t soulbound. I’ve made flasks, elixirs, anything that would sell. I’ve done quests all over Netherstorm, and I’m ashamed of what at least one made me do. Then again, it was Sunfury blood elves, they had it coming. I’m sure it’s ok to use fire for the good of the world, even if it’s not ok for celebrating. I hope?  I’ve also stopped in Zang whenever I pass through to kill lightning bugs, but so far no lucky drops. Can’t blame a girl for trying though right? Tonightis part 2 of last night’s Kara run. I’m PRAYING for some nice Ugg Boots from chess. Oh, back to swift flight, I’d like to thank Part Time Druid for his sage advice.

I was mulling the idea of dropping my leatherworking skill, so I could use my swift flight (when I get it) to pick up herbalism. My hunter right now takes care of skinning and herbalism, for Jess’s Alchemy/Leatherworking. But as he pointed out, farming is farming no matter how fast you fly. And I’d kick myself if I got to wrath and saw some awesome leather patterns I couldn’t use. Now, I’ve heard skinning and mining in WOTLK will provide buffs depending on skill level. If Herbalism has one worthy of a tree I might have to reconsider at that point.

Now it’s off to finish waking up, get some stuff done, and get back to grinding out that gold.
