I have held back on my opinion of the xpac for a while. I wanted to play more before I talked about it. And that led to playing more, and more and more. I cant believe how well Blizzard seems to have catered to every single play style. Including my own wierd concoction of play.

First of all, the quests are so well organized, that I wasnt overwhelmed. Which for me happens quite easily. Youd do a quest, a couple more open up, do those, a couple more appear. Much easier than standing in a sea of big yellow exclamation points going AHHHH!!!!

Second, the dailies. Wonderful that we can do them immediately rather than waiting until 80. I hated that in Outlands. I never understood, especially with the fishing and cooking dailies why, if we had the skill we couldnt do them. Silly. Another piece of awesome, is that there are no (as far as Ive seen) absolutely MUST have rep items for raiding, or heroics. Which means, unlike SSO, there is no NEED to get exalted with any faction. Just some items that would be cool if you did. My goal of course, is the epic fishing pole and penguin petBig Grin. The Red Drake mount from Wyrmrest would be sweet too.

The zones are wonderfully done, the NPCs arent generic reskins anymore. THere are humans of every shape and size. The Tuskarr are absolutely wonderful, I adore them, and only wish I could adopt one! For me, I was getting bored to death with this game. It just seemed like it was over there at the end. But now, its all new, and shiney. And I for one plan to savor it slowly, like a good cup of coffee, so Im not sitting around at 80 for a year bored off my bottom.
