So, Lady Jess was named for my priest. Who’s name was the same as my druid’s JessKissORIGINAL name, prior to me moving her from Bronzebeard to Khaz’Goroth. What you don’t know, is that “Jessmyn” was a typo. Those that chat with me on a daily basis won’t be shocked. If not for spell check I couldn’t blog. Even THEN I find missing letters. Her name was supposed to be Jessamyn. I realized too late that I missed the A.  Yes I could have rerolled her. But I had already done that once because I didn’t like her hair at lvl 19. I’m not telling how long it took before I noticed my typo. It’s embarrassing. Yes, even more than rerolling due to hair style. Anyhow, tonight, Jessamyn got her name back, and it’s spelled correctly.  My original toon, with her original name, and the ORIGINAL Lady Jess.

*Edit* Oh geez! WHY didn’t I do the rename when I got the forced rename on her transfer to Khaz??? I could have saved $10!!! /headdesk

I had wondered about the name changing when you switched servers… :P
Yay for getting your original Lady Jess back!

Hmmmm…. head/desk…..Remember you just got that desk…don’t bang your head off it too often. Aren’t you lucky that I know nothing about that game except that I could never figure it out? I can’t notice your typos.

I did that once in the dark days of EQ…I had intended to make my new barbarian shaman’s name Wilhelmina…and I was level 40-ish before I realized her name was, in fact, Wilhemina. Anyone who has played EQ can tell you how long it took back then (and probably still does) to get into the 40s.
